  • Grease trap access
  • Prominent bar location with whiskey display
  • Mid-size kitchen for global small plates

Location Standards:

  • High-traffic lifestyle centers
  • Urban mixed-use developments
  • Entertainment corridors and destination dining districts
  • Strong visibility; boutique/lifestyle retail and elevated dining neighbors

Parking & Lease Requirements:

  • Substantial shared or dedicated parking
  • Long-term lease, free rent, and TI contribution required
