Urban mixed-use developments
Entertainment corridors and destination dining districts
Strong visibility; boutique/lifestyle retail and elevated dining neighbors

Parking & Lease Requirements:

Substantial shared or dedicated parking
Long-term lease, free rent, and TI contribution required
