Target Size: 2,000 – 2,500 sq. ft.

Property Needs:

Second-generation restaurant space
Hood (10–12 ft. or landlord-provided)
Grease trap access
Space for wood-fired oven and a small but efficient bar

Location Standards:

Lifestyle centers, walkable nightlife districts, mixed-use hotspots
High visibility and signage opportunities
Evening and late-night traffic

Parking & Lease Requirements:

Minimum 40 shared/dedicated spaces
Long-term lease, free rent, and TI contribution required
