Property Needs:

Second-generation restaurant space
Walk-in cooler and freezer
Minimum 25 ft. hood
Grease trap access
High-capacity broiler, grill, and seafood program support
Large bar and optional private dining

Location Standards:

High-income markets, luxury lifestyle centers, urban mixed-use developments
Strong visibility and signage presence
Dense daytime population; strong evening/weekend traffic
Premium co-tenants: fine dining, luxury retail, entertainment anchors, boutique hotels

Parking & Lease Requirements:

Ample parking (dedicated or shared)
Long-term lease, free rent, and landlord TI contribution required
Vendors must extend 30–45 day terms
