Property Needs:

  • Second-generation restaurant space
  • Walk-in cooler and freezer
  • Minimum 25 ft. hood
  • Grease trap access
  • High-capacity broiler, grill, and seafood program support
  • Large bar and optional private dining

Location Standards:

  • High-income markets, luxury lifestyle centers, urban mixed-use developments
  • Strong visibility and signage presence
  • Dense daytime population; strong evening/weekend traffic
  • Premium co-tenants: fine dining, luxury retail, entertainment anchors, boutique hotels

Parking & Lease Requirements:

  • Ample parking (dedicated or shared)
  • Long-term lease, free rent, and landlord TI contribution required
  • Vendors must extend 30–45 day terms
